Hello Everyone, It’s The Rick Adams Health Blog!

This is my intro blog to my new blogging page. In addition to starting my own Health Coaching service I will also be writing a weekly blog for everyone to enjoy. Topics will be health based but different areas such as exercise, healthy eating habits, stress management,  or motivation will be some central themes. I will be posting on social media when a new blog comes out so you will always be aware when new content comes out. I hope you enjoy!
